Returns & Refunds policy
We want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process designed to ensure the quality of our exclusive collections.
Return Timeline: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging strictly included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery at customercare@allclassyboutique.com. Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, we will provide a pre-paid return label for the damaged item.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged.
Exclusions: Please note that final sale items or personalized goods are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return: To start the process, please contact our team at orders@allclassyboutique.com with your order number and details. We will provide a return address for you to ship the item. Once we receive the handbag and confirm its condition aligns with our policy, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method. Please be aware that some credit cards can take up to two weeks to reflect the refund in your account.
